Chic, but unbelievably uncomfortable. This pump has so much problem because it is truly beautiful and its height is perfect. But as a previous reviewer mentioned, the platform is extremely stiff and makes walking impossible. It would not conform to the movement of the feet, and something as simple as walking up the stairs was very awkward. The shoe kept slipping off on the back because as my feet naturally wanted to bend, the shoe would not budge, and it would slip off from on the back, which I had to keep slipping back into; extremely awkward on a busy NYC sidewalk. Look somewhere for a better pump; what a shame.
