A very comfortable shoe, perfect if you need to insert a custom orthotic. I have walked for as long as six hours very comfortably in these. They run large (even with the orthotic inserted). I ordered my regular 39, but returned them for a 38, perfect fit. They are also a small bit warm in the toe area because the mesh is lined and doesn't breathe really well. I give them a B+.
